Back from Johnstown...

I am back from the Christmas weekend and ready to watch some anime! Speaking of which. I got new anime coming soon that I ordered over the weekend. I'm waiting on AD Police files, Parasite Dolls, Gurren Lagaan and Escaflowne.I got some giftcards that are just begging me to be used for some more Japanese Cartoons. Im thinking Full Metal Panic! Anyways, I'm pretty excited for them to come. Christmas was a lot of fun for me and the wife this weekend. We got to spend some time with family, eat some good food and watch Step Brothers and Christmas Vacation. Good times were had by all. Now on to anime stuff. I am going to be watching/writing about Memories off 3.5. I am starting with that because as this idea came to me, I was already watching Memories Off 2nd after completing Memories Off 1. I cant explain it, but if there is a sequel, prequel or side story to a show I am watching. I have to see it, even if the show is terrible...I dont know why. I just do. But the first two Memories Off are too terrible for me to go back and re-watch to write about it. So I'm starting where I left off. So hopefully tomorrow I'll have something about the first maybe even two of the OVA's. We'll see.

Merry Christmas, everyone! Me and the wife are going to be heading up to Johnstown to visit my parents for Christmas. Should be fun. Good food, good people and good fun had by all. I'm pretty excited to start working on this blog after the holidays. I hope it takes off...if not, oh well. I at least got somewhere I can write my thoughts and ramblings down. New beginings...

I've decided to start a blog about the anime I am currently watching and perhaps some other stuff thrown in there for good measure. Due to the holiday, don't expect anything till after Christmas. I am unsure on how I want to go about tackling this idea, so just bare with me. I wanted to do this because after I watch an episode or a show I always want to talk about them with people and give my thoughts. Other than the other 2 people I know that like anime, I don't really have anyone to talk to about it in any more detail than "That show I just watched, it was good. You should check it out."
